Delivery Times

Below you will find all information about the delivery times of 5 star sign (Takkit). We do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery Period

As soon as we have received your order, we will send the products as soon as possible. The delivery period is in principle 2 weeks for products that are in stock. The method of delivery may take place in various ways and is at the choice of 5 star sign (Takkit).

Delay in Delivery

If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed period, we will notify you. In that case, you can agree to a new delivery date or you will be given the option to dissolve the agreement free of charge.

Transfer of Risk

As soon as the products to be delivered have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk for these products transfers to you. If you decide to collect the products yourself, the risk transfers upon transfer of the products.

Product No Longer Available

If the ordered product is no longer available, we are entitled to deliver a similar product of similar quality. In that case, you have the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge and to return the product free of charge.

Inspection Upon Receipt

We advise you to inspect the delivered products immediately and to report any defects within a reasonable time, preferably in writing. See our return policy for more information.
