Return Policy

This return policy applies to customers who are natural persons and who are not acting in the course of their profession or business.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the distance contract with 5 star sign (Takkit) within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason and free of charge.

Start of the Period

The period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have received the product, or:

• if you have ordered several products in the same order: on the day you, or a third party designated by you, received the last product;
• if the delivery of a product consists of several shipments or parts: on the day you, or a third party designated by you, received the last shipment or the last part;
• for contracts involving the regular delivery of products over a specified period: on the day you, or a third party designated by you, received the first product.

Return Costs

You are responsible for the return costs. If these costs are higher than the regular postal rate, we will provide an estimate of these costs. The shipping costs you incurred when purchasing the product are not considered return costs and remain your responsibility.

Handling the Product During the Withdrawal Period

During the withdrawal period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only open the packaging and use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The principle is that this inspection may not go beyond what you would be allowed to do in a physical shop. You are only liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling it in a way that goes beyond what is described above.

How Do You Withdraw from the Contract?

You may withdraw from the contract within the stated period by sending the model withdrawal form digitally to 5 star sign (Takkit), or by informing us in another unambiguous manner that you wish to cancel the purchase. In the case of a digital notification, we will confirm receipt. After withdrawing from the contract, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Refund

Any amounts already paid by you will be refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract, using the same payment method you used for the order. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery, we do not have to refund the additional costs of the more expensive method. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the product or until you provide proof that you have returned the product, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made according to the customer's specifications.
